Guatantee to Operate for Labuhan Bajo-Komodo-Labuhan Bajo Sailing is only guaranteed with a minimum of 7 ( seven ) adult passengers.
If we would not have the minimum 7 ( seven ) adult passenger we would refund the deposit. Futher claims against Albatross Liveaboard Bali will not be attended to.

• Equipment includes: 80 cubic feet cylinder with air filled of 3000 psi or 200 bar, weights by kg and belt, any other dive equipment/s consider rental, guest which do not have rechargeable battery for their dive light may purchase disposable battery on board during trips at our bar counter. Dive Guide/ Divemaster Supervision – Ratio 1 DM/DG to 5 Guest Divers on included dives. Fuel Surcharge

Due to the recent large increases in the cost of fuel, our vessels has been forced to add a fuel surcharge. (Please note that these surcharges may change without prior notice)

Reservation

All reservation must be made by electronic mail or facsimile and must state your agent, the cruise period, full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and any special requirements.

Deposit

A deposit of 25% must be sent to our Bank Internasional Indonesia ( BII )
US Dollar account within 7 days after the date the reservation is made. If the deposit is not received within the stated period of time then Albatross Liveaboard Bali will automatically offer the berths to other travel and booking agents.

Balance Payment

Balance payment is to be paid in full at least 45 days prior departure date. If full payment of the balance is not received by this date then Albatross Liveaboard Bali can cancel the booking and enforce cancellation fee.

Short Notice Booking

Full payment must be made at the time of booking if the reservation is made less than 60 days prior to departure.

Late Payment Penalty Policy

For payment received after due date, the outstanding balance will automatically incur a penalty of 5%.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation penalties apply unless amended by agreed local conditions:

46 – 60 days	:	25% of the total fare
31 – 45 days	:	75% of total fare
0 – 30 days	:	100% of total fare

DIVING

Only certified divers able to produce a certification card and demonstrate diving competency, will be permitted to participate in scuba diving. All divers will be required to sign a liability release form.

FORCE MAJEURE AND UNPREDICTABLE ACTS OF MAN

Albatross Liveaboard Bali reserves the right to cancel a trip for reasons of Force Majeure (i.e. natural disaster, epidemic etc) or unavoidable acts of man (i.e. war, riots, strikes etc). In the even of this happening Sea Safari Cruises will advice you at the earliest possible date.

DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS OR DEATH

Albatross Liveaboard Bali assumes no liability due to any cause whatsoever whether caused by failure or delay or other irregularity, acts or omissions occurring during a trip under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby is offered or supplied by owners, operators or public carriers for and on behalf of Sea Safari Cruises.

Albatross Liveaboard Bali shall not be responsible for any injury to person (whether or not resulting in death) or damage to property arising out of any act of war, insurrection, revolt or any other civil uprising or military action occurring in the countries of origin, destination or passage.

In case of a medical problem arising during the voyage, either onboard or on shore, which results in costs for evacuation, use of aircraft or repatriation, the responsibility for payment of these costs belongs solely to the passengers.

LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Albatross Liveaboard Bali does not take any responsibility for loss or damage to guest’s personal belongings that are due to Force Majeure causes.
